4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  1. Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for service delivery.

  2. Cooperate fully with Onward Digital Space team members during the project.

  3. Respond to inquiries, feedback requests, and approvals promptly.

  4. Ensure that any content, data, or materials you provide do not infringe third-party rights or violate laws.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay or affect the quality of service.

5. Payment Terms

  1. All fees for services are outlined in individual project agreements or platform contracts (Fiverr, Upwork, Kwork).

  2. Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule before project commencement.

  3. Late payments may result in paused service delivery or additional fees.

  4. Onward Digital Space reserves the right to modify fees for future projects with proper notice.

6. Delivery & Timeline

  1. Project timelines are estimated based on project scope and complexity.

  2. Delays may occur due to client response times, third-party platform changes, or unforeseen circumstances.

  3. Onward Digital Space will communicate any expected delays promptly.

  4. Rush requests may incur additional fees.

7. Revisions & Approval

  1. Onward Digital Space includes a defined number of revisions per project as stated in the project agreement.

  2. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra fees.

  3. Client approval is required to finalize project stages and deliverables.

8. Intellectual Property

  1. All work created by Onward Digital Space remains the property of the brand until full payment is received.

  2. Upon full payment, ownership rights for deliverables transfer to the client, except for proprietary tools, templates, or methods used.

  3. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or sell Onward Digital Space proprietary tools without written consent.

  1. Both parties agree to keep all sensitive business information confidential.

  2. Onward Digital Space may access client data to deliver services but will not share it with third parties except as required by law.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  1. Onward Digital Space provides services based on real-world strategies but does not guarantee specific financial results or revenue.

  2. We are not liable for losses resulting from third-party platforms, external factors, or client actions.

  3. Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

11. Termination

  1. Either party may terminate services with written notice.

  2. Termination does not absolve clients of payment obligations for services rendered up to the termination date.

  3. Onward Digital Space reserves the right to terminate services if client behavior is abusive, unlawful, or disruptive.

12. Modifications

  1. Onward Digital Space may update these terms at any time.

  2. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or platform notifications.

  3. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
